CLAY & CANDLE WORKSHOP
A Club Creative collaboration workshop between Syndicate Creative & Crescent Moon Candles. Make your own vessel from clay and then learn how to pour and decorate your own candle in this workshop for beginners. From raw clay students will be guided to create a pinch pot vessel which will be fired and glazed for you in a beautiful white speckle glaze. You will then return 3 weeks later to pour and decorate your candle.
Fun Fact: Once you have burned your candle you can wash out your ceramic pinch pot and use it as a coffee mug!
Our Clay & Candle sessions include all the materials and guidance to create your vessel and candle. The cost of your class includes both sessions too! Which is a great way to save on both classes.

Session Details
Duration: 2x 90 minute sessions (clay session & candle session)
Cost: $120.00 per person - includes both sessions.
*Please make sure that you note your second session into your diary for pouring your candle! Your candle session will be at the same time 3 weeks from your making session. A re-booking fee applies if you do not attend your designated candle session.

Candle & Clay FAQs
Where are the workshops located? A: All of our public workshops are held on site in our Sunshine Coast pottery workshop. The building is called Club Creative.
Does the price include both sessions? A: The price of your workshop includes 2x 90 minute sessions.
Can we take our pieces home straight away? A: In the first session you will create with the clay, the clay will then air dry for 5 - 7 days in our studio. Your pieces will then be fired and glazed ready for you to pour your candles 3 weeks after your clay session. You can contact us 3 weeks post candle workshop to arrange collection of your finished creations!
Please note finished works must be collected within 4 weeks after your final session. Non-collected works are donated to charity. If you need longer to collect please notify us during your session or via email.
